You can submit a refund
request within 30 days of order completion. Please note that only one dispute
can be raised per order.
Shopping for yourself
should be fun, so don't be afraid to mix things up! If an item isn’t the
perfect match, return it for a refund within 30 days of delivery in the
original condition and packaging.

If you want a refund, we
will refund 100% according to your payment method.
1. To request a refund,

number in the subject line and explain the reason for the refund request in the
email. We will respond within 24 hours after the consumer sends the email
(except weekends)
2. If it is a product
quality problem, customers need to take photos or record videos and then email
us: [email protected] We support resending new products or a full
refund. The resending time of the new product is the same as the normal
delivery time. The full refund will be returned to the customer within 3
business days.
3. If the product described does not match the actual situation, please contact us for the original postal address. If the customer is not clear, you can contact us by email at [email protected]
4. We do not refund under
the following circumstances:
The recipient cannot be
contacted or the recipient's address is wrong, resulting in the logistics
company being unable to deliver. The goods may be destroyed by the local
logistics company.
